    Responsibilities

    At Adtaxi we’re connecting advertisers with nationwide audiences through our 800+ platforms. Demand for our digital advertising solutions is growing exponentially and we’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Majors Digital Sales Specialist to help us create complex interactive marketing solutions for our most prominent and largest clients.

    When you join the Adtaxi Digital sales team as an Digital Sales Specialist, you get the opportunity to represent the latest digital advertising technologies. You’ll create robust online advertising campaigns with access to products like retargeting, email marketing, online newsletters, search engine marketing, online behavioral targeting, pre-roll video, mobile, and social media. You’ll work with Fortune 1000 companies on large scale and high dollar volume campaigns. We strongly believe in collaboration and achievement and invest in your growth with our in-house sales and product training programs, and uncapped commission structure. We’re passionate about building a diverse and fun sales team, so we’re willing to wait for the right fit.     Our Ideal Candidate will have experience in the following areas:

    • Prospect and strategically hunt for new business
    • Develop & sell effective and high return digital campaigns
    • Collaborate with outside sales team
    • Drive retention and growth with existing client base
    • Identify and prospect large opportunities at multiple levels
    • Close new business on a consistent basis
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
    • Maintain an active schedule of face-to-face appointments and prospecting calls
    • Manage your own sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
    • Oversee your clients’ campaigns and regularly communicate performance results

    Qualifications

     

    • 3+ years SEM/SEO or RTB sales experience (required)
    • Bachelor Degree (preferred)
    • History of hitting or exceeding an annual quota of $500k+
    • Track record of overachieving quota/goal (top 15% of company)
    • Proven ability to sell and manage complex digital campaigns
    • Strong collaboration, relationship building and account management skills
    • Proficiency Microsoft Office, Google apps & Mac OS
