    Adtaxi is searching for an experienced Social Media Strategist.  We are expanding our social media team responsible for managing highly strategic paid, owned and earned social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior eCommerce experience executing goal-specific social marketing campaigns, and is able to articulate performance to account managers and clients. In this role, you will  be responsible for driving both online and offline attribution. Confidence, accountability and action-oriented attitude and habits are keys to success.

    Responsibilities

    • Clearly understand and communicate the needs of a client into a strategic plan created for their performance goals
    • Collaborate with clients to create, support and execute campaigns and initiatives, ensuring content adheres to a consistent voice and brand guidelines
    • Coordinates with clients to develop brand objectives, implement monthly plans, and track results
    • Work in concert with other digital media tactics to accelerate client’s conversion objectives
    • Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver on both performance and budget goals
    • Perform account maintenance responsibilities and escalate campaign opportunities and/or issues to appropriate team members and clients
    • Understand client goals, market position and expectations while working with digital account leads in applying this data to a tailored digital strategy
    • Extend optimization and strategic efforts beyond click-through rate, utilizing our suite of customized conversion tracking and analytics tools to focus on advertiser ROI, setting and beating benchmark returns month over month
    • Provide reporting insights to internal teams as requested through various communication channels
    • Maintain high level of social fluency through continual education and training opportunities

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree and/or equivalent working experience
    • 3-5 years social media marketing experience (specifically Facebook)
    • Extensive experience using Facebook Ads Manager
    • Experience focused around paid campaign strategy and analytics
    • Exceptional writing skills with particular attention to spelling and grammar  
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, and show strong attention to detail
    • Thorough understanding of social media technologies (product feeds/catalogs, pixels, etc.), with the ability to troubleshoot as needed 
    • Agency experience or experience working with multiple advertiser accounts
