    The Digital Account Coordinator - Major Accounts plays a proactive, vital, detail-oriented, digital advertising order processing role. The person will focus on the post-sales processing of advertising campaigns while assisting with campaign optimization and billing reconciliation. This includes providing quality assurance, logging traffic, pulling campaign placement reports, entry of proposals and reviewing the status of campaigns in order to optimize their performance. Additionally,  the Digital Account Coordinator will assist on troubleshooting and resolving site and advertiser issues, requiring client contact with confidence while working closely with all internal departments involved in digital advertising.


    Major Functions:

    • Act as a liaison between Account Executive, Client & Adtaxi fulfillment teams.
    • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and sales presentations to the clients in a timely manner, which may require formatting utilizing Power Point, Word &/or Excel.
    • Provide timely tracking and account maintenance with current digital media plans.
    • Work directly with internal departments to iron out campaign issues, performance and structure.
    • Manage each project from insertion order, optimization strategies, and pulling data reports to help ensure performance success.
    • Work with internal tools and staff to inspect campaign delivery and optimize performance on an ongoing basis.
    • Pull inventory requests, analyze and send out weekly reports using internal online ad tracking & pacing systems.
    • Make sure each campaign meets their goal and adjust when necessary.
    • Provide first class customer service to clients, external and internal, with clear and prompt communication, quality deliveries, and innovative solutions.
    • Positively impact the team by regularly contributing to the constant improvement of our systems, processes, and tools.
    • Take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision.
    • Work closely with management on new initiatives as needed. Other duties as assigned.


    • High School Diploma. College degree preferred.



    • 1-2 years minimum of online ad trafficking experience.
    • Experience in site research tools a plus (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)


    • Supports the top accounts within Adtaxi; higher revenue and more advanced campaign set up and reporting.
    • Higher level of client of involvement; email, phone and in-person   
    • Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced, deadline oriented environment.
    • Understanding of ad-serving technologies & programmatic platforms, DFP, Google AdWords, Social platforms, etc, particularly
    • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills including creation & use of Pivot Tables.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in professional documents.
    • Detail oriented, ability to organize, plan, prioritize and re-prioritize workload effectively, proficient/up to date skills with computers and all MS Office Suite products.
    • Takes initiative to collaborate with team to contribute to revenue generation, thrives working in a collaborative, fun team environment.

    Decision Making:

    • Understands the short and long term customer/consumer needs to assist with new business generation and customer retention.


    • High degree of accuracy is required in all aspects of the job. This position requires the individual to be part of the sales and digital operations process, and will assist in sales and customer service efforts. Every advertiser is extremely important. Providing excellent sales, service, and marketing support is critical to our digital competitive position.

    Working Conditions:

    • Range 7:30-8:30 to 4:30-5:30pm depending on team needs.
