    We are looking for a Digital Account Specialist to join the team in Denver, CO!  The Digital Account Specialist is primarily responsible for revenue results via retention, up-sell, and cross-sell from an existing account base, and with a focus on post-sale activities. The position will interact with the advertising account managers as well as with internal sales and operations teams to ensure exceptional performance throughout the account life cycle.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with account management, sales, operations, and other internal and external customers regarding execution of campaigns across various digital ad platforms with a focus on Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic buy side channels
    • Develop and visualize data for customer-focused communications regarding current advertising performance and future opportunities
    • Interpret & analyze digital campaign reports and account performance data
    • Establish goals, monitor campaign effectiveness and make recommendations to customers that result in effective advertiser solutions, retention, up-sell, cross-sell, and increased revenue generation
    • Assist in developing optimization strategies, and campaign modifications for optimal results, in order to ensure campaign success.
    • Support and adhere to operations processes, policies, procedures and standards of performance
    • Meet with external customers in person or via web conference as warranted
    • Cultivate positive professional relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years interactive account management and/or online media planning and buying
    • Comprehensive knowledge of all Adtaxi digital marketing products (AdWords, Bing, RTB, Facebook Ads, TTD, SEO, Email, etc.)
    • Demonstrated experience in analyzing and presenting data in an easy-to-interpret format
    • Ability to generate reports, business correspondence, and presentations
    • Knowledge of digital campaign trafficking
    • Experience in the following:
      • Site research tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, Comscore, etc.)
      • 3rd party reporting tools
      • Google suite of products (Sheets, Slides, etc.)
      • Microsoft Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
        • Advanced focus on Excel preferred: pivot tables, graphs, charts, formatting, etc.
      • Salesforce
    • Must have good organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines
    • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Adaptable and proactive approach
    • Proven communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to travel as needed (less than 5% of the time)
